About Us:

Vernon’s Kuntry Katfish is a beloved home cooking restaurant located in Conroe, Texas. For over 30 years, we have been serving delicious American comfort food with a Southern twist, specializing in our famous fried catfish and seafood dishes. Our commitment to quality ingredients and exceptional customer service has made us a staple in the community and a favorite dining destination for locals and tourists alike.

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Cook:

• Prepares food to order, following established recipes and cooking procedures
• Ensures food quality and presentation meet company standards
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment

Server:

• Provides prompt and friendly service to all guests
• Takes accurate orders and relays them to the kitchen staff
• Assists with setting up and breaking down the dining area

Dishwasher:

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assists with general kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Keeps the dishwashing area tidy and organized

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about providing exceptional service. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but not required – we are willing to train the right candidates. Applicants must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
