• Cook: Our culinary team is looking for talented cooks who are passionate about creating delicious dishes with the finest ingredients. Experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred.
• Host/Hostess: We are in need of friendly and organized individuals to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

To be successful at Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Server:

• Prior experience in a fine dining establishment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food and wine pairings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Cook:

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work well under pressure

Host/Hostess:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
