We are Hiring!

Position: Bartender

As a bartender at Vinoteca Poscol, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious cocktails, wine, and beer to our guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Our ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, knowledgeable about different types of alcohol, and has excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create classic and innovative cocktails
• Provide exceptional service to guests at the bar
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or bar
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• TABC certification is a plus

Position: Server

We are also looking for friendly and professional servers to join our team at Vinoteca Poscol. As a server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks to tables, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and drink orders from guests
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
• Process payments and maintain a clean dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a server in a restaurant
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• TABC certification is a plus
