About Us:

Viola & Agnes’ Neo Soul Cafe is a popular and vibrant cafe located in the heart of downtown. We specialize in serving delicious Neo Soul cuisine with a modern twist, as well as a variety of handcrafted coffee beverages. Our cafe is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, where customers can relax and enjoy good food, good coffee, and good company.

We Are Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Barista

As a Barista at Viola & Agnes’ Neo Soul Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working as a Barista is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist with other cafe duties as needed

2. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Viola & Agnes’ Neo Soul Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience working as a Line Cook in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred.

• Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Cook food items in a timely manner to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about food and coffee, have a positive attitude, and work well in a team environment. The following qualifications are required for all positions:
