Job Description

As an Optometrist at Vision Essence Inc, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses. You will work closely with our team of physicians and surgeons to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams using the latest diagnostic equipment
• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism
• Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, such as glasses and contact lenses
• Educate patients on proper eye care and the importance of regular exams
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state of California
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Specialized training in areas such as pediatric optometry or low vision rehabilitation
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
