Job Title: Optical Goods Specialist

Location: Multiple Locations across the UK

Overview

Are you passionate about eye care and helping others achieve better vision? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a flair for fashion? If so, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Optical Goods Specialists at Vision Express.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect pair of eyewear
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to determine the correct prescription for customers
• Advise customers on lens options, coatings, and frames that best suit their needs
• Adjust and fit eyewear to ensure optimal comfort and visual acuity
• Process orders and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Qualified Dispensing Optician (CLO) or Optical Assistant with relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of optical products, lens options, coatings, and frame styles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
