Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed projects
• Develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications
• Attend client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting engineering
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in engineering software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
