The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and trial law, with a proven track record of success in handling a wide range of legal matters. Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and negotiations
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court
• Manage a caseload and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation and trial law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
