Automobile Body Repair Technician

Job Description:

As an Automobile Body Repair Technician at V&V Paint and Body Shop, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicle bodies. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Your primary duties will include:

• Performing body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
• Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
• Mixing and applying paint to vehicles using spray guns
• Inspecting finished repairs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in automobile body repair and painting
• Knowledge of industry tools and techniques
• Certification in auto body repair or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver’s license
