Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description:

As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist at W-E Manufacturing Inc, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract manufacturing process, from initial client meetings to final product delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to coordinate production schedules, quality control measures, and logistics to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to assess project requirements and develop innovative solutions
• Create project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production schedules and optimize processes
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of product excellence
• Manage logistics, shipping, and delivery to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract manufacturing or related industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
