As a Legal Service Plans Specialist at Wager & Co, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the right legal service plan to meet their needs. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing information about our plans, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will also involve coordinating with our legal team to provide timely and efficient legal assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting the appropriate legal service plan based on their specific needs.
• Provide information about our legal service plans, including coverage, benefits, and pricing.
• Answer client inquiries and address any concerns or issues they may have.
• Coordinate with our legal team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of legal services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in legal service plans or a similar role.
