Job Responsibilities:
Branch Manager:
- Manage daily operations and ensure branch profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Oversee a team of employees and provide leadership and support
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and community partners
Loan Officer:
- Evaluate loan applications and determine creditworthiness
- Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers and referral sources
- Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Personal Banker:
- Assist customers with their banking needs, such as opening accounts and processing transactions
- Provide information on products and services to help customers make financial decisions
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
