We are a bustling optical boutique located in the heart of downtown, dedicated to providing exceptional eyewear and top-notch customer service. Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking passionate individuals to join us in the following role:

Job Title: Optician

Job Summary:

• Dispense and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Assist customers in selecting frames that complement their style and prescription needs
• Perform adjustments and repairs to eyewear as needed
• Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Certified Optician or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of lens types and coatings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion and eyewear trends

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting frames that suit their face shape, style, and prescription
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fit of eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and additional features
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the selection and fitting process
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
