We are Hiring: Party & Event Planners

Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Party & Event Planners to join our team. As a Party & Event Planner at Ward & Ames Special Events, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of our clients’ events. From developing creative concepts to coordinating vendors and managing budgets, you will play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
• Develop event concepts and themes that align with clients’ visions
• Research and negotiate with vendors to secure services and products within budget
• Create detailed event timelines and oversee on-site event setup and execution
• Manage client communication and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in the party and special events industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
