At Watson’s House of Ales, we are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team. We have various positions available, including bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and hosts/hostesses. Whether you have years of experience in the industry or are just starting out, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Current Openings:

• Bartender: We are looking for experienced bartenders who are knowledgeable about craft beers and cocktails. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean bar area. Must be at least 21 years old.
• Server: Our servers play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
• Kitchen Staff: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean work environment. Experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus.
• Host/Hostess: Our hosts/hostesses are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, and managing the flow of the restaurant. Excellent communication skills are essential.
