Position Available: Event Coordinator

If you are passionate about event planning and have a keen eye for detail, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and coordinate all aspects of the planning process to ensure a seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and vision
  • Create event proposals and budgets based on client requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure audio-visual equipment
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown
  • Oversee on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in event planning software and MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technology is a plus
