Are you passionate about floors and interested in working with a dedicated team committed to excellence? We Are Floors is currently looking to fill the following positions:

Flooring Sales Associate

As a Flooring Sales Associate at We Are Floors, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in selecting the right floor materials for their projects
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations
• Processing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Flooring Installer

As a Flooring Installer at We Are Floors, you will be responsible for:

• Installing various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
• Preparing subfloors and ensuring proper installation techniques
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborating with the installation team to complete projects efficiently

Tile Contractor

As a Tile Contractor at We Are Floors, you will be responsible for:

• Installing ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other types of tiles for residential and commercial projects
• Cutting and shaping tiles to fit specific design requirements
• Grouting and sealing tiles to ensure durability and longevity

Requirements

To be successful in any of the above positions, candidates must:

• Have prior experience in the flooring industry
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
• Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
