Job Responsibilities

Storage Facility Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the storage facility
• Manage rental agreements and payments
• Ensure facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained
• Supervise a team of storage facility employees

Customer Service Representative

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist customers with rental agreements and payments
• Provide information on storage unit sizes and availability

Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on storage units
• Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety and security
• Handle landscaping and snow removal duties
• Assist with facility renovations and upgrades

Security Officer

• Monitor security cameras and patrol the storage facility
• Ensure that all security protocols are followed
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary

Assistant Manager

• Support the Storage Facility Manager in daily operations
• Assist with rental agreements, payments, and customer inquiries
• Supervise facility maintenance and security tasks
• Provide leadership and guidance to storage facility employees

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the storage industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
