Position: Baker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts following established recipes
• Decorate cakes with precision and artistic flair
• Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker in a bakery, restaurant, or confectionery setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Food handler’s certificate is a plus
