We are currently hiring for the following position:
Job Title: Community Programs Coordinator
Job Description
As a Community Programs Coordinator at the Weekley Family YMCA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a variety of programs and services that meet the needs of our diverse community. This position requires creativity, flexibility, and a passion for serving others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community programs that align with the YMCA’s mission and values
- Collaborate with community partners to maximize program impact
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide leadership and support to program staff and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with all YMCA policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, or a related field
- Two years of experience in program development and evaluation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for serving the community and making a difference
