Position: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Location: Various locations

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in accident and property damage cases, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, product liability, and more.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases for our clients.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in the field of accident and property damage law.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar.
• 2+ years of experience in accident and property damage law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
