Position Available: Tax Attorney

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Tax Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and relevant experience in estate planning. The Tax Attorney will be responsible for advising clients on tax implications related to estate planning, probate, and living trusts. Additionally, the Tax Attorney will work closely with our clients to develop strategic tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on tax matters related to estate planning
• Review and analyze tax documents and financial records
• Create tax planning strategies to optimize clients’ financial goals
• Represent clients in tax-related negotiations and proceedings

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in the state of practice
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax law
• Strong understanding of estate planning principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
