We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team in the following position:

Position: Youth Leader

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate youth programs and activities that promote spiritual growth and community involvement
• Provide support and guidance to youth members in their personal and spiritual development
• Organize and lead youth retreats, camps, and mission trips
• Build relationships with youth members and their families to foster a sense of belonging and connection to the church community
• Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to integrate youth programs with overall church activities

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to Christian values and beliefs
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize youth events and activities
• Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
