About Us:

West Oaks Music Studio is a well-established music school located in the heart of downtown Seattle. We are dedicated to providing high-quality music education to students of all ages and skill levels. Our team of dedicated instructors is passionate about helping students reach their full musical potential while fostering a love for music that will last a lifetime.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Music Instructor

We are seeking experienced music instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music theory, proficiency in multiple instruments, and a passion for teaching. Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one music lessons to students of all ages
• Creating customized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback
• Collaborating with other instructors to create a supportive learning environment

2. Music Store Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage our on-site music store. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and a strong knowledge of musical instruments and accessories. Responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory and ordering products as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service to all store visitors
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with instructors to recommend products to students

Qualifications:

Are you passionate about music and teaching? Do you have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude? If so, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidates for our open positions will meet the following qualifications:

For Music Instructors:

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
• Degree in music education or related field preferred
• Proficiency in multiple instruments
• Strong knowledge of music theory

For Music Store Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
• Knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
