Position: Child Care Provider
Job Description:
As a Child Care Provider at Westchase Academy, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children ages 2 to 5 years old. Your primary duties will include:
- Supervising and engaging with children during playtime, learning activities, and meal times
- Implementing age-appropriate curriculum to support children’s development
- Observing and documenting children’s progress and behavior
- Maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicating effectively with parents regarding their child’s day
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education
