Veterinarians

As a veterinarian at Westheimer Animal Clinic Bellaire Inc, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of animals every day. We are seeking licensed veterinarians who are compassionate, skilled, and committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
– Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat medical conditions
– Perform surgical procedures
– Communicate effectively with pet owners to provide education and recommendations for pet care
– Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:
– DVM or equivalent degree
– Texas veterinary license in good standing
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment

Veterinary Technicians

Our veterinary technicians play a crucial role in assisting our veterinarians and providing top-notch care to our patients. We are looking for experienced veterinary technicians who are passionate about animal health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
– Assist veterinarians with examinations, procedures, and surgeries
– Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
– Administer medications and treatments
– Educate pet owners on proper care and treatment plans

Requirements:
– Certified veterinary technician (CVT) preferred
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting
– Strong technical skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pet Boarding & Kennel Attendants

Our pet boarding and kennel attendants provide a safe and comfortable environment for pets staying at our clinic. We are seeking friendly and responsible individuals who love working with animals.

Responsibilities:
– Feed and exercise pets according to schedule
– Clean and maintain kennel areas
– Provide basic grooming and bathing services
– Monitor pets for any signs of illness or distress

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with animals preferred
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Physical ability to lift and restrain animals
