Position: Community Outreach Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage residents and promote community involvement
• Coordinate community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging and unity among residents
• Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to build partnerships and support community initiatives
• Manage communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and website updates
• Provide support to residents on community issues and concerns, acting as a liaison between homeowners and the association
• Organize volunteer opportunities and service projects to benefit the neighborhood

Qualifications

• Previous experience in community organizing, event planning, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local community and its resources
• Passion for fostering a sense of community and belonging
