Crane Service Technician

Wheco Corp is a leading company in the heavy equipment industry, specializing in crane service, cylinder testing, repairing, and rebuilding. We are currently seeking a Crane Service Technician to join our team at our location in Houston, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

– Perform routine maintenance and repair on a variety of cranes, including hydraulic, lattice boom, and mobile cranes
– Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to determine the root cause of the problem
– Inspect and test crane components to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations
– Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
– Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in crane service and repair
– Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine components
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication skills

Cylinder Testing & Repair Technician

– Repair and rebuild cylinders using precision tools and equipment
