Team Member

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and upholding our high standards of food quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing sandwiches and other menu items according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assisting with opening and closing duties

Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant during their shift. This position involves:

• Supervising and training Team Members
• Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Managing inventory and placing orders as needed

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with scheduling and payroll
• Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members
• Implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales
• Monitoring and achieving financial targets

General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. This role involves:

• Hiring, training, and managing staff
• Creating and executing business plans to meet revenue and profit goals
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Building relationships with customers and the community
