We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Home Builder

As a Home Builder at White Oak Builders Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of custom homes from start to finish. Your duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Managing construction schedules and budgets
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to building codes
• Communicating with clients to address their needs and concerns

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Position: Real Estate Developer

As a Real Estate Developer at White Oak Builders Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties for development, conducting market research, and overseeing the planning and zoning process. Your duties will include:

• Identifying potential development opportunities
• Analyzing market trends and demographics
• Negotiating land purchases and development agreements
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Collaborating with architects and contractors

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate development, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful projects. A degree in real estate, urban planning, or a related field is preferred.

Position: General Contractor

As a General Contractor at White Oak Builders Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of construction projects, including renovations, additions, and commercial build-outs. Your duties will include:

• Estimating project costs and timelines
• Hiring and supervising subcontractors
• Managing project budgets and schedules
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Communicating with clients to address their needs and concerns

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in general contracting, a strong knowledge of construction methods and materials, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
