Position: Mobile Home Parks Manager

Job Description

As a Mobile Home Parks Manager at White Oak Manor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one or more of our mobile home parks. You will play a key role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, our residents are satisfied, and our business objectives are met. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for serving others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the leasing process, including showing available units, conducting screenings, and executing lease agreements
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution
  • Oversee property budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial goals are met
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
  • Supervise on-site staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in the mobile home parks industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing mobile home parks
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus
