Position: Mobile Home Parks Manager
Job Description
As a Mobile Home Parks Manager at White Oak Manor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one or more of our mobile home parks. You will play a key role in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, our residents are satisfied, and our business objectives are met. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for serving others.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the leasing process, including showing available units, conducting screenings, and executing lease agreements
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution
Oversee property budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial goals are met
Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
Supervise on-site staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, preferably in the mobile home parks industry
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing mobile home parks
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus
