General Practice Attorney

Job Description:

As a General Practice Attorney at White Todd & Associates, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, providing legal advice and representation to clients across various practice areas. You will be responsible for handling cases from start to finish, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of diverse legal matters
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience practicing law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
