Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator at Whitt Logistics, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the transportation and delivery of goods. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients’ shipments are delivered on time and in the most cost-effective manner. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with carriers and customers
• Track and monitor the progress of shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on their shipments
• Manage documentation and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
