Job Title: Marriage, Family, Child & Individual Counselor

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to clients experiencing a range of issues, including relationship problems, family conflict, and mental health concerns
• Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients to address their unique needs and challenges
• Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals and families in emergency situations
• Coordinate with other social service agencies and community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Licensed or certified counselor with experience in providing therapy services to individuals and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices
