Position: Florist

Job Responsibilities:

• Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, special events, sympathy arrangements, and everyday bouquets
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections and offering advice on floral arrangements
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop, including organizing floral inventory and ensuring flower freshness
• Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on current floral design trends and techniques to continuously improve skills

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a florist in a retail or floral shop setting
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, greens, and foliage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Creative flair and passion for floral design
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
