Position Available: Spa Receptionist

As a Spa Receptionist at Wild On Wax, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

– Greeting clients and checking them in for their appointments
– Answering phone calls and booking appointments
– Providing information on our services and products
– Managing client schedules and ensuring smooth transitions between appointments
– Handling payments and processing transactions
– Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

To be considered for the Spa Receptionist position, you must meet the following qualifications:

– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or beauty salon
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
