Position: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

At Wilhite & Associates P C, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated Accident & Property Damage Attorney to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate through complex legal matters related to accidents and property damage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in accident and property damage cases
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Prepare legal documents and briefs
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
  • Appear in court on behalf of clients
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas
  • 2+ years of experience in Accident & Property Damage Law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
