Position: Construction Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to understand their construction needs and goals
• Developing comprehensive project plans and timelines
• Providing expert advice on construction methods, materials, and costs
• Overseeing project progress and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing subcontractors and vendors
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction consulting or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
