Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator at Wilson Direct Transport, Inc., you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of goods for our clients. You will work closely with our team of truck drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse staff to ensure that all shipments are picked up and delivered according to our clients’ specifications. Your main duties will include:

• Communicating with clients to understand their transportation needs
• Coordinating with truck drivers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
• Tracking shipments and providing updates to clients
• Resolving any issues that may arise during transportation
• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in transportation management software
• A bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field (preferred)
