We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a medical setting is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
• Maintain patient records and intake forms
• Assist with billing and coding as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in a medical office is a plus
