Position: Insurance Sales Agent

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Wilson, Ronald, AGT, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. This is a sales-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through networking and referrals
• Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid insurance license
• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and insurance software
