Job Title: Counter Top Sales Representative

Job Description

Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and building materials? Wilsonart is currently seeking a Counter Top Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Wilsonart’s countertop products to wholesale distributors, manufacturers, and retailers across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the countertop industry
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies
• Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Wilsonart products
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of countertop materials and manufacturing processes
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
