Position: Collection Agent

Job Description:

• Communicate with debtors to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communication with debtors
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements regarding debt collection
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on accounts
• Meet and exceed collection targets while providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection
