Job Title: Mental Health Counselor

Job Description

• Provide individual and group counseling to women experiencing mental health challenges
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients’ needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Texas
• Experience providing mental health counseling services to women
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
