We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the following position:

Position: Guest Services Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
• Assist guests with any requests or concerns during their stay
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
