Position: Baker

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, bread, and more, following established recipes and techniques
• Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and freshness
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a bakery or similar food service environment
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
