Position Available: Youth Pastor

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. This position plays a critical role in leading and guiding the youth of our congregation towards a deeper relationship with Christ. The ideal candidate will have a strong faith, a heart for mentoring young people, and the ability to create engaging and impactful youth programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement youth ministry programs that foster spiritual growth and community building
• Lead weekly youth meetings, including Bible studies, worship services, and fellowship events
• Mentor and disciple youth members, providing support and guidance in their faith journey
• Collaborate with church leadership to coordinate special events and outreach initiatives for the youth group
• Build relationships with parents and families to encourage involvement and support for the youth ministry

Qualifications:

• Active member of a Baptist church with a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Prior experience working with youth in a ministry or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate to and connect with young people in a meaningful way
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
