• Perform telehealth visits with patients, under the guidance of healthcare providers
• Manage electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accuracy of patient information
• Assist with prescription refill requests and medication management
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• Completion of a medical assistant program from an accredited institution
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential preferred
• Prior experience working as a medical assistant in a clinical setting
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
