Job Responsibilities

• Assessing the value of jewelry, watches, and other valuables brought in by customers
• Negotiating prices with customers and providing loans based on the value of items
• Performing jewelry repairs, resizing, and cleaning as needed
• Assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry for themselves or as a gift
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a pawnbroker or jeweler
• Knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
