Position: Family Law Attorney

As a Family Law Attorney at Yang & Associates Law Offices, you will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, assess their legal needs, and develop effective legal strategies to protect their rights and interests.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents and pleadings
• Communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Prior experience in family law preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
